Guided tours

The Viking Ship Museum offers free guided tours during the summer season and selected holidays. The guided tours are conducted by history and archaeology students. Their stories give life to the wrecks and put the discovery of the five Skuldelev ships into perspective in relation to the maritime culture of the Viking Age.

The guided tours take about 45 minutes and cannot be booked in advance.

1. May - 24. June
Guided tours in English weekends at 12:00

25. June - 31. August
Guided tours in English every day at 12:00 and 15:00
