Freshly caught fish and dry weather

Published 05th Jul 2019

The day started at 0100 where we packed the camp down and was ready to get out of the harbor at 02.00.

During today's 12.5 hour rowing, we tested several different crew distributions to optimize our sailing.

The day offered almost windless weather and high sun. Which we all welcomed after 2 days with a shower.
We have now camped in a small cozy harbor, called Dingja.

And after negotiating with a couple of fishing tourists, a lovely dinner awaits us with freshly caught fish.
Finally, we are also out of the Sognefjord and put our nose to the south, where we expect to use the sail a little more.
Hope to be able to reach Bergen in a few days.
