Breakfast: Porridge, freshly baked whole grain bread, fruitjuice, milk.

Lunch: Rye bread with cold sliced meat etc.

Afternoon, 3 p.m.: Green and read pancakes.

Supper: Lamb stew with special peas, bulgur and corn.
