Howth harbour.

We will stay in Howth harbour today. Weather forecast is south-easterly gale force winds.

8.00 Breakfast.
8.45 Morning meeting. Skipper’s briefing.
9.00 Skipper goes through the safety procedures on board.
10.00 Section meetings: Packing of ship, division of labour in section, etc.
18.00 Evening meal on board

The day’s jobs:
The galley to pack food and water for 5-6 days on board.
Shrouds and stay to be tightened.
Other small jobs to be carried out on the ship.
