Too much - too little

First too much wind - then too little - and now just perfect

Skjoldungen and its crew spent the night in the township of Sydprøven (Alluitsup Paa) while a storm passed.

This morning at 13:00 hours danish time (9 local time) the wind had died down - maybe even a little to much - and the skipper of the vessel doubted whether they would be able to sail off today. Two hours later the wind rose and Skjoldungen got a tow out of the harbor to catch the wind correctly and avoid some tricky reefs.

Ship and crew are now cruising with fair speed heading for Julianehåb (Qaqortoq) where they expect to arrive sometime tomorrow (thursday).
