8th July:
Skjoldungen is still docked at Julianehåb (Qaqortoq). The crew spent the day doing minor repairs and reorganizing the load. On their way to Julianehåb they enjoyed the company of two humpback whales.
7th July:
Skjoldungen had a long and yet very nice day on the water.
Both wind and weather was perfect and instead of having to stay overnight in a natural harbor as expected the ship and crew - after 13 hours of cruising - reached the township of Julianehåb (Qaqortoq) where they docked around sunset at 22:12 local time (02:12 danish time).
