About the travel blog from Ottar
The weblog “Travel blog Letters from Ottar” will describe daily life on board the ship and provide minor and major details of the crew’s experiences throughout the trip. We hope that it will be possible to translate some of the tales into English along the way.
The weblog will be provided by the ship’s boatswain, Helene Bjerregaard, who has been a crew member since 2004. Helene has previously participated in several long voyages with Ottar and will be a member of the crew for the entire trip to Gotland and back.
