The support vessel Cable One took in three seasick crew from the Sea Stallion at 8 pm.

After 32 hours at sea between Ireland and England heading for Lands End, three seasick and tired crew members had to be taken on board the support vessel Cable One Monday evening.

They were so exhausted that the skipper Carsten Hvid decided to call one of the big rubber dinghies from the support vessel, which took them all safely over despite the three-metre-high waves.

The three came in the warm mess room, had something to drink and a little to eat, and the colour soon returned to their cheeks again.

The Sea Stallion will round Lands End shortly after midnight and head into the English Channel.
