Information regarding COVID-19

At the time of writing, the conference is not affected by injunctions or prohibitions from Danish authorities. Should the situation develop to an extent where the conference cannot be held on the dates planned, we will circulate information via the conference mailing list and the museum’s website/social media.

A decision to cancel or postpone the conference can be expected no later than 14 April, at which time the current restrictions imposed by Danish authorities expire.

In the case of cancellation – or if you are prevented from participating due to stricter regulations in home- or transit country – the conference fee (including chosen post-conference activities) will be refunded according to the following guidelines:

  • Participant cancelling earlier than four weeks ahead of conference start: The entire amount except online fee of DKK 15,- will be refunded.
  • Participant cancelling between four and two weeks ahead of conference start: 50% of the amount except online fee of DKK 15,- will be refunded.
  • The museum cancelling: At all times, the entire amount will be refunded.
